The Artist
Kate is a North Yorkshire-based artist with a fascination with the awe and wonder of life. After earning a Bachelor of Contemporary Craft in 2016, where she explored her curiosity for working with glass and wood, she pursued a career in fine art as a self-taught painter. Her artwork is now featured in private collections worldwide.
Kate’s dedication to her craft isn’t just about creating art—it’s about boosting dopamine and inspiring others to embrace creativity, joy, and the small but profound moments of wonder in everyday life.

The Inspiration
Kate’s intuitive, instinctive creative process captures the awe, adventure and joy she feels in nature. Her work is all about self-connection, and the love of life. Abstract yet deeply rooted in emotion, movement, and the ever-changing rhythms of life, her work, characterised by vivid colours and organic patterns, invites viewers to reconnect with the wonders of life.
The Mission
Kate’s mission is to create meaningful art that acts as a reminder to seek joy, go on adventures, and reconnect with the magic of life. Her art is designed to give you a dopamine boost and inspire you to identify proudly with your own version of awe and wonder.

The Philosophy
Kate’s original pieces and giclée prints are crafted with sustainability in mind, reflecting her commitment to eco-friendly practices and fostering a deeper connection to the natural world.
Kate believes that art is more than decoration, it’s a way to reconnect with the world you want to build for yourself. Her paintings serve as visual reminders to slow down, disengage with life’s stresses and worries, and tune into to your own inner wonder.
Beyond the studio, Kate’s vision is to cultivate a community of Awe Collectors who are dedicated not only to embracing moments of awe and wonder, but also to protecting and preserving the world that inspires them.
